Step 1: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Select eSIM (Jetpac eSIM Data Line)

  

Step 2: Scroll down to Access Point Names and choose the correct APN depending on the country you’re in.

  

Step 3: Restart your device after you have updated your APN. 

The APN must be set to one of these: mobile, plus or internet, depending on what country you're roaming in
