Not yet followed by anyone
Ensure Data Roaming is enabled on the Jetpac eSIM line in your Phone Settings:
- For iOS Phone Models
- Open the Settings application and go to Mobile Data > Select eSIM (Jetpac eSIM data line) > Select "Data Roaming" option to turn it on
- For Android Phone Models
- Open the Settings application and go to Connections > Mobile Networks > Select "Data Roaming" option to turn it on
If you are latched to a network but unable to connect to data, check the APN and IMSI selected in your phone settings by the following steps:

Check for the Access Point Names (APN)
The APN must be set to one of these: mobile, plus or internet, depending on what country you're roaming in:
- For iOS Phone Models

- Open the Settings application and go to Mobile Data > Select eSIM (Jetpac eSIM Data Line) > Select option to "Turn On This Line"
- Go to Mobile Data Network > Mobile Data and set the correct APN (from the table above)
- Leave the username and password field empty
- Restart your phone once you have changed your APN

- For Samsung Models

- Open the Settings application and go to Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names > Select eSIM (Jetpac eSIM data line)
- Under the APN row, click on it and set the correct APN
- The other fields do not need to be edited
- Restart your phone once you have changed your APN

2. Check for the Access Point Names (APN)

The IMSI must be set to one of these three: 26, 25 or 7, depending on what country you're roaming in

- For iOS Phone Models

Open the Settings application and go to Mobile Data > Select eSIM (Jetpac eSIM Data Line) > Select option to "Turn On This Line"
- After that go to SIM Applications > Mode > Select "Manual" option and choose the correct IMSI as in table above
- Restart your phone once you have changed your IMSI

- For Samsung Models

- Open the Settings application and go to Connections > SIM card manager > Turn on eSIM (Jetpac eSIM Data Line) by selecting it
- Close the Settings application and open a new application called SIM Toolkit (also called the STK Services app on some phone models)
- Select the correct Country you are travelling to
- After that go to Mode > Select Manual and choose the correct IMSI
- Restart your phone once you have changed your IMSI

If you're facing data issues after checking your APN and IMSI settings, you can manually change the network to any of the allowed networks (list available here)
- For iOS Phone Models

- Open the Settings application and go to Mobile Data > Select eSIM (Jetpac eSIM Data Line) > Network Selection
- Uncheck the "Automatic" option and manually choose a different network brand in the country, based on this list
- For Android Phone Models

- Open the Settings application and go toConnections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators
- At the bottom of the screen, click on the correct eSIM (Jetpac eSIM Data Line)
- Uncheck the "Select automatically" option and manually choose a different network brand in the country, based on this list
